Yoga Therapy

Manage stress and improve wellness with help from Hunter Yoga Sync. Specialising in Yoga Therapy (Meridian-based Yoga) providing classes in schools, (school-based programs) for adults and children.  


The 8 - 10 week Yoga Sync program relieves tension and stress on a physical, mental and emotional level, strengthens the body, teaches breathing techniques to reduce anxiety and regulate emotions as well as positive mindset activities to help create lasting change.

School-Based Yoga Sync Program

10 week program runs throughout the school term includes:

  • 10 x 30, 40 or 50 Minute Yoga Classes Designed to Create a Positive Change
  • 10 x Guided Relaxation Meditations
  • 10 x  Positive Mindset Activities to create lasting change
  • 5 x Weekly Homework Task
  • Breathing Techniques to Reset the Nervous System and Self-Regulate Emotions
  • Yoga Therapy sequences for physical strength which also Increases Confidence and Self-Esteem
